Sintef-Tritech-Multiconsult (STM) Consortium is the specialist main consultant directly appointed by JTC. Tritech is the lead member of STM Consortium.
The Jurong Rock Caverns (JRC) is Southeast Asia’s first commercial underground oil storage facility for liquid hydrocarbons, such as crude oil and condensate, with the capacity to store up to 1.47 million cubic meters of products.

The scope of services includes preparation of tender documents and technical and contractual management on the basic design consultancy contract, technical review and approval of the basic engineering design of JRC, project management on the actual construction as the representative of the Client (JTC) and technical advisor to JTC during the entire duration of construction.

JRC project obtained a lot of Singapore local and international awards, including:
1. Platinum Award (2015 Singapore Good Design)
2. Prestigious Engineering Achievement Awards (IES, 2015)
3. Distinguish Award (International Tunneling Association, 2016).
